Metal braced his self. He lowered his armered head taking the full hit. He pushed back with his own tackle.

The pushoff shoved the shadow pokemon back... but then it proceeded to come ramming back again. I wonder why it is that its doing the same thing over and over again.

Metal waited until the last moment and moved to the side. The aron caught him on the side spinning him. Before the other pokemon could turn around Metal ran at the pokemon hoping to tip it on to its side.

Your aron hit sperfectly in the side, but the opposing aron simply got straight back up and charged again, but unlike before, jumped over aron, hit its feet against the wall, slammed off and up, then came down with what seemed to be a spinning headbutt. It seemed prepared to land on its feet if it missed and jump in the direction of your aron anyway.

The shadow aron had the advantage of gravity and with the spinning action slamed your aron into the ground hard, then leaped off its head with a lovely little shove.

Metal turned around quickly and ran at the pokemon. He used harden before using tackle.

The hardened tackle allowed it to slam for more damage, but the shadow aron simply did a somersalt and proceeded to ram back into aron, dealing slightly less damage than before.

Metal slid back. "Come on back." She returned her tired pokemon. "Darkfire." She let out Darkfire who flared up again. He ran at the aron as it ran at him. Side stepping at the last moment he turned to hit it in the side.

The impact did slightly more damage to the cyndaquil than the aron as expected when a pokemon hits a rock/steel type. The aron then rounded about and again charged at the cyndaquil, perfectly expecting an ember attack.

(Darkfire doesn't know ember) Darkfire used a smokescreen to hide its self. When the Aron was as confused of its were abouts he ran in with another tackle.

(So? Doesn't mean it wasn't expecting one.) The confused aron just started to turn about with head thrust shooting out, until it was impacted by another tackle into its side, knocking it off balance.

"Yes!" Ruby cheered as Darkfire backed up and used another tackle. He was really tired due to his previouse battle with the other cyndaquil.

The second tackle dealt a little less damage, but managed to keep the aron on the ground.

Darkfire backed up and circled the aron. He wondered if it was over. He circled waiting for any type of movement.
